Once & Future Winemakers Dinner

On Wednesday, October 28, Wine Bar George welcomes Joel Peterson, founder and winemaker of Once & Future (& Ravenswood). As the California producer known for old-vine Zinfandel Joel will share his depth of knowledge and experience in making his famous Zinfandel wines while you enjoy a five-course dinner specifically created to pair with these fantastic wines.

Starting in Budapest, this all inclusive trip will feature curated wine tastings and hosted winery excursions in an exclusive small-group setting.

Learn How to Taste Wine Like a Master Sommelier

Enjoy a memorable event with George Miliotes, one of 279 Master Sommeliers in the world, and owner of Wine Bar George at Disney Springs. Guests will learn to taste wine like a professional with a "blind" tasting of six different wines. Hear firsthand from George about his journey through the wine world and what it takes to become a Master Sommelier.

This 90-minute event is led by George in a relaxed setting on select afternoons. Each of the wines are hand-selected by George and vary by event. Click the link below to view dates and secure your spot.
